Beware of Mulch

It's the time of year when home owners run out and buy expensive shrubs,
trees, and bushes . The cover the dirt around it with MULCH to make good
looks and keep weeds down .

Take a peice of white paper and lay it surface level within the mulch . If
tiny spots begin moving , BEWARE, these mites will come out and suck the
life out of anything green , slowly. Also prepare for ants, centipedes,
spiders, and termites .

I have analyzed bagged, chipped , and bulk mulch ..ALL CRAP.

Now I use DYED mulch made from ground up wood palletts.
Keeps the color great , has no arthropods , and lets my trees , bushes , and
shrubs live without spraying the hell out of it .
