What is the best way of eradicating these pests?

Use the insect foggers you buy for fleas, make sure you have no pilot lights
lit and set off the foggers in the basement and the crawlspace if you have
one.

Moisture source is the key to controlling Camel Crickets. Seek out the
moisture source and alleviate that, and your insect problem should
demise after a short period of time.
