got um bad.
how do I get rid of them? They are burrowing everywhere under and
around house. cute little buggers, but gotta go!

I don't know of any legal poison that can be used (they are not
technically classified as "pests"). There are though a good many "home
remedies and products which claim to work. Google "Chipmunk Poison" or
something like that.
