I live in Southern California. A neighbor in my association is breeding
frogs in her yard. Yes, breeding them intentionally and creating habitats
for them to thrive, including feeding them. The HOA is absolutely worthless
so there is no chance with them. The neighbor thinks they are cute, and of
course the neighbor works nights so the racket does not bother them. How
can I get rid of these pests? I need a method they wont know about. Any
ideas?

If your HOA allows pets then you need to be careful because if you do
anything to these frogs this person could very easily have you in court. I
know you ask for something they wont know about but I don't know of anything
other than start breeding snakes or get some cats, or if the noise is really
to bad for you and it is a direct cause of the neighbor then you can take
them to court and make them cease their breeding or move it indoors. They
can do pretty much what they want but they cant disturb their neighbors when
doing it. I would suggest a recording of them at night for an hour or so to
take to court with you so the judge can hear what you are having to deal
with.

I would be very careful about trying to kill them on your own or you could
end up on the wrong end of a lawsuit that you dont want to be on. Try
talking to the neighbor first and then if that doesnt work get the recording
and let the courts tell them they have to get rid of the frogs.

Buy their property from them and then worry about it. If you continue
with these thoughts I'm sure you will end up in trouble. After you've
bought the property you can then make it less frog freindly by changing
their enviroment. Otherwise you may have to buy earplugs.
