| It also depends on your area. I get no less than $6.00 per linear foot on
any structure and as high as $10.00 per linear foot so see it depends on
your area. I am in a comp[letely different part of the country than what Lar
is in. Where are you located?

| It's really going to depend on your market. At least that's how it has
worked down here. I've seen pricing as little as $3 per lin foot. And
some as high at $9 per lin foot. If it's stricly a liquid
application, I think $5 is very fair. Remember you have to consider
cost of material, and the labor is a biggie.

| On the phone he claimed th cost was $9.00 a gallon and 4 gallons for 10
feet.
Therefore, that figures to $36.00 for 10 feet, or $3.60 per foot. That
probably is a fair price. However, I lived in my last house for 23 years
without any treatments or warranties. I think I shall try the same plan
here. After all, if I do find termites, I can treat that side of the house
and pay whatever the cost is at that time. That is the same treatment that
I would receive under the warranty. The warranty is $360 per year. It
doesn't take long for the cost of the warranty to cost well more that the
cost of treatment. As for as repairs for damage, I don't trust that if the
cost of a major repair included the tearing out of walls, that the PCO would
pick up that cost short of a court judgement.
I know the risk, and I am willing to accept it.
