Hey Jeff,
What's this I hear you got fined in Kansas. $1,140 dollars for being
fined for using a chemical less than the labeled rate?

Not sure what you're talking about, but I'd bet Florida will like
seeing your formula for Termidor and tuna.

So what? I have nothing to hide. So tell us, what happened?

One of the very reasons I left AIPP

Caludine, and all others, thanks for the kind emails. Those who need to
know anything about me already have all the information they need. I
have already discussed this with the Kansas Dept. of Ag and other
attorneys, and it is handled.

Thank again.

This is the way I see it, and you all can take it for what it is worth.
People come here looking for professional answers from professional Pest
Control Operators, how can you be trusted to give honest professional advice
if you are not doing proper treatments in your daily business practices? The
people that come here should be allowed to know this and I think Mark was
correct for letting it be known. If I were to get busted, which it aint
going to happen because I do what the label calls for, I would expect
nothing less to be told on me as well. The bottom line is if you do what is
right you have nothing to fear or to worry about. If you are doing proper
treatments then there is no need to get attornies involved.

Jeff I hope you learn from this and move on, I know you have talked about
lowball termite treatments in the past and I hope this isnt the way you have
been doing them.

It is over like you said so time to move on.

Then perhaps we should let everyone know that about your lawsuit in the
past, one that I have intimate knowledge of due to our telephone
conversation. No, you are wrong.

Mark was only trying to do personal harm, and I have already spoken
with the local Ag department along with other attorneys about this -
this is handled.

LOL....see this is the part that cracks me up about Jeff. Rather than
take it like a man, stand up, fess up and ADMIT to getting your hand
caught in the cookie jar. This is TYPICAL Ledford b.s. Don't you get
it? No matter how wrong, no matter how bad, no matter how illegal the
deed Jeff was CAUGHT doing was wrong. He just cannot ADMIT to
wrongdoing. Don't you understand, Jeff is a "legend" is his OWN mind.
H'es "Mr Perfect". No matter what he has done, you obviously have done
something far more worse than Jeff. Period.

That's ok Jeff, you keep on in your "dream world".
However....the rest of us have always KNOWN the true HYPROCRITE you
really are.

Continue on "pulpit".

Later.
