I'm renting and have the property management call out exterminators 3
times in the last 13 months. They always (only) spot treat and even
though I've told the management that I've found swarmers, they say
there's nothing they can do unless they know the 'spot' they came from.
It seems now I've also noticed furniture damage (relatively large
chunks damaged in my coffee table and some questionable points in my
dinning room furniture). I'm wondering if the drywood termites could
possibly be the source of my rotting my furniture - as well as (if so)
what actions I have available.
Thanks.
