| Is Terminix no longer providing the Sentricon bait system? If not,
does anyone know why?

| I believe that they switched to using the Advance Termite Bait System,
made by Whitmire MicroGen. Advance is, in my opinion, a much better
termite baiting system.
I am not sure if ALL terminix offices switched, but they do show
pictures of Advance on their website.

As mentioned they have switched to Advance Termite Bait System. As to
why I would guess they are tired of having this..

http://arrow-pestcontrol.com/sen2.JPG though I doubt it will change
much, but it does give the appearance of they are addressing a problem
with an overpriced system.
