| I am on my second pest control company. The first one was truly
horrible. They didn't show up at arranged times and didn't follow
instructions. This second one, I believe charges too much and I
literally have to follow the guy around to make sure he does
everything. This last time, even though the work order says to do the
outside, he just got in his truck to leave. I had to walk outside and
"remind" him to do the outside. Even still, I don't know if he did the
entire outside since I didn't follow him around. When I called to
complain, they just arranged for "extra service", so I had to make
another appt to follow the guy around.
They charge $116.00 for a quarterly treatment here in New Jersey. After
having watched what they do, it seems to me if I had the products they
use, I could do this myself and save the money (my assumption) and
avoid the headaches of supervising them. They don't cover damage if
they miss something, just do "extra service" at no cost. I want it done
right the first time.
I know a fellow who lives down the street who has been in his home for
decades and never uses a pest control company. He just walks around the
outside of his house with some store bought stuff and claims it takes
care of the problem.
If anyone can recommend a good pest control company in New Jersey,
