Yes... there can be swarmers between the ground and the exit hole just
waiting for the right conditions to trigger the swarm...the treatment
(for the most part) will be in the ground, behind the swarmers.

Nonrepellent termiticides take longer to kill the termites than older
repellants did, so you might expereince a swarm after treatment,
depending on how long it has been since treatment. More than 90 days,
and something might be amiss.
