I bought a THREE-PACK of these Black and Decker plug-in repellants
for a room in a motel I'm staying at for a few weeks...

The room is about medium-size, and my question is:

Would it be safe to plug in all three about 15-20 feet away from each
other in the same room?

I'm doing so now and I don't hear or feel anything weird...

Any advice would be appreciated.

My bet would be any pests will have the same effects that you are
experiencing.

They will not repel insect pests. Don't bother.

Return them and get the equivalent of the purchase price in one dollar
bills. Then, set them on fire in the room. The resulting smoke will
provide more success repelling insects.

There isn't a single reputable report that concludes those things have
any effect on insects... and yet I've had clients swear by them. I
charge them extra for not laughing in their faces.

That many in the same room has been proven to cause the penis to shrink.
