And this is an unlikely happening because? What you need is a logical
connection, and since you didn't sit there and watch it, and didn't
monitor the details of what took place, using various meters and
instruments, then you are extrapolating based upon surface appearances
alone. If they were burned then it is *almost* exactly as you said, the
water just happened to be on the cap, but I seriously doubt that there
was any water on the terminals when they were burning. No Quai Chang,
what you saw was a group of actors playing out a scene, there was no
robbery. Everything isn't as it seems, Grasshopper.
