(PH12BA048000AGAA). Installed in Florida, $1900 sounds pricey, but I
can gauge the unit price.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

| I didn't know they installed those in ball parks......Hmmm I may be missing
a marketing segment here
FWIW, I am surprised that you can even *get* a new unit...what with the 1/2
million homes and businesses that are all fighting for the limited supply of
10 and 12 SEER equipment, and the manufacturers not being up to speed on the
new federaly mandated 13 SEER equipment. Just be happy that you even got a
new unit(even if it is *only* a payne)
