Author Another training question

Okay, we knew it was gonna happen. Only two of us in the shop bothered
to take 410A training on our own time and our own dime. Another guy
wanted info and to borrow a cylinder of the stuff. Cripes, it's only
been in use now for what, ten years? All the high efficiency stuff
seems to be in 410A now.

Our bosses have been too lazy to get the kind of training the guys in
the shop seem to expect -- PAID TIME *and* PAID FOR. And they now want
it RIGHT NOW.

I found a website that advertises 410A certification -- free manual,
free open-book online test, and all you pay is $19 for the laminated
card and/or $11 for the certificate on the wall. Not wanting to suggest
something without trying it first myself, I took the test, passed it,
faxed them a copy of my Universal Certification, and will order the card
tomorrow. That way I'll have TWO of them.

What are the rest of you doing??? Will this card work? It seems to me
to be like the online MACS testing.

I do not see what is so special about R-410
I have being using it for few years now I do not find it
anything different then any other high pressure refrigerant.
I guess some one came up with bright idea how to squeeze
few bocks out of working class.
I am certified for class 1 and class 2 and I think that is enough
Thank you!!!
Good luck Dido

My dear you should work with gases I do
only then you can challenge my credibility
R-410 is no different to me then any other gas
that could be condense at ambient temperatures
But apparently I do not know if is anyone on
this sight that knows what I just said
so I am not going to dwell on it
but Thanks for you in put
