| It is the best unit manufactured in the world. I thought you were looking
for a tankless water heater. Not a heating system. If you are talking
about the indirect fired water heaters, and want a viessmann make sure you
get the 300 instead of the 100. The Vitodens 200 is probably the most
efficient boiler in the gas market.
IF you are just looking for efficiency than I would put in a geothermal
system in. We didn't sell one in five years, and now we sold 5 in two
weeks. Yee Haw!

| I have considered the vitodens 200 for its capability and efficiency of 96 +
percent. in a Propane fired unit. I'm still trying to get past the high
price and concerned about the propane rates going thru the roof. My heat
load is about 450 btu/hour per deg. Total deg day count around 7800 for the
year .Had possibly considered other cheaper tankless units that would heat
my water and do some radiant applications as well Any thoughts on this
