| It might be helpful with the FAQ to include the qualifications of regular
posters. Two of the more active members of the group (Paul M. and Bill) are
probably not the most qualified to address alt.HVAC questions. In point of
fact, I don't think they have effectively addressed any posted question that
I can recall. Paul's resume (http://www.pmilligan.net/) would suggest that
his exposure to the HVAC world has been limited. Bill@hvac2.com has no
demonstrable skills or knowledge. Perhaps Bill could provide some
information to the contrary.
