In fact, it says 'If you're annoying' :-)
I can hardly wait for the threats to start rolling in :-)
Let me just say to them all now : blow me :-)

Add it ( the whole VAWA ) to the long long list of things I
disagree with them on.
But it's still a shorter list than their opponents have run
up.

| The funny thing about this law is that in a few years our prisons
probably will be busting at the seams with pot smokers and internet
name callers....while pedophiles and violent criminals are still being
handed slaps on the wrist by irresponsible judges and jurys.

Laws like this, and similar laws predating the internet, have
existed for eons. Any abusive action, whnther verbal or otherwise,
if it contains a threat, is, by definition, assault - a misdemeanor
or felony in most jurisdictions, including local, state, and
federal.
That said, I would like to cordially invite the feds and pigs to blow
me. :-)

| The US Supreme Court has ruled that saying "fuck you" to a cop was allowed
under the First Amendment because the guy who said it had no sexual intent.
If you don't really mean for them to actually blow you, then you're probably
within your constitutional rights to say it.
