W8900 Humidity Control Question (Honeywell)

I have the PC8900/W8900 combo on my Trane furnace. The humidifier
(Honeywell 365A) is connected to the HUM terminals on teh W8900 and
comes on when the heat comes on. I am in Chicago and humidity does not
rise above 23 percent. I'd like to run the humidifier when the fan is
on, not only when heat is on. The manual says this may be possible but
I do not understand how to energize "Fan terminal G through programming
(the manual says this needs to be done to configure to control humidity
with the fan.
