First I am in hopes this subject has not recently been discussed?

My company wants me to check into flat rate software and I have been looking
on the net and have found a number of web sites. My questions are;

1. If you use a flat rate software which do you use?
2. Do you like?
3. I some what understand how the software can work on residential but what
about commercial? I work on allot of package units (Trane & Carrier &
Lennox) will the software help me?
4. What do you not like?
