Next time you have been drinking 'a little' just tell the officers they
must wait 24 or more hours
before they can come near you or interview you, and see what they say!
When you recklessly violate the main Texas commandments of safe shooting
'linked below' you may be guilty of manslaughter.
The Cheney Accident Report states that both Cheney and Mr. Whittington
wore Blaze Orange Caps and Vests.
At 30 paces unless you are color blind or you keep your eyes closed
while turning and mounting your shotgun, you could not possibly shoot
another hunter.
You turn first with both eyes open and on the bird(s) and the background
for any glimpse of Blaze Orange or another hunter!
You are also supposed to shoot with both eyes open.
If VP Cheney is right handed this means Mr. Whittington had to be in
full view of Cheney.
Whittington was hit on the right side of his face which could indicate
that he was almost up on line.
Whether Mr. Whittington was on-line or behind Cheney is no safety factor
consideration!
If they were hunting with bird dogs, they provide plenty of signals when
they strike bird scent and then go on point, providing all kinds of
time to quickly locate all fellow hunter's locations before the flush
and any shooting takes place!
Additionally ballistics seem to prove that Whittington was much closer
than 30 yards.

If Democraps ran the show, we wouldn't even *HAVE* guns, let alone have the
*RIGHT* to use them.
Second, did you ever think about the delay in reporting to the press was
because the family had to be notified, and Mr whittingtons condition had to
be assessed?? I didn't think so. Maybe a little common sense is in order??
Accidents happen and if it had been *ANYBODY ELSE*, it probably wouldn't
have even made it to the police blotter in the local paper.
FWIW, you can't be charged with "Manslaughter" unless the victom actually
*DIES*
