Gotta love it when they follow your advice like that !!!

Do you get to add a frustration fee to the job now ??

Well, funny thing is, we have a service contract with them. Not just
that piece. That have several other pieces of equipment. They've known
about the boiler for a long time. Its a money matter to them.
If the freaking weather around here would turn cold and stay cold,
their decision would be made a whole lot sooner. However, with the
warm winters and cool summers we've had, this industry in our area has
turned to chit. Not just me either, most of the compaines in this area
are singing the same song. So anyways, we'll see if the decide on
something now or not.
