I have a seven year old house that uses flexible insulated duct work in
a crawl space. My condensate pump failed last year and some of the
ductwork apparently had water blown into it. It dried out after
replacing the pump. DO I need to worry about mold? How can I tell if
there is mold in there? SHould I replace the ductwork?

no

Call your local *competent*, licensed, insured, professionaly trained, HVAC
technician to correctly design, and properly install a new hard
pipe(insulated tin) ductwork system. There are duct insulation options other
than fiberglass... ask your tech about them.
A correctly designed and installed system will be not only air-tight, but
water-tight as well. It will also help the systems efficiency and reduce
noise.

by gawd, how do you think the people on the east coast got to the west
coast?

They got in their covered wagons and headed west!

If they did it, so can you.

oh, and:

Buffalo Bill went up the hill to watch the indians dance.
Buffalo Bill came down the hill with arrows in his pants.

Absolutely Not!!
You could die from the mold exposure or blow your house up.
