I can't stand those things either.
My sister in NC just sent that to me and thought I'd share the misery.

Ummm....
Because we know how to bust our hump and get stuff done so that we have more
time for ourselves?
Or....
Rather than taking off at 5pm we work when we want and scatter breaks
throughout the day (or night) as we please and, as much as possible, do what
we want?
