If you're lucky enough to have elevators in the building you go into.

They are pretty small, but I've encounter smaller in Japan (surprise).
Although, the smallest I've encountered to date was one in Rome about a
year and a half ago. It was one of those open frame ones that was
added to a very old building. It was so small that I barely fit in it
by myself, and had to hold my luggage in my hands because they wouldn't
fit next to me on the floor. My wife and I had to take turns using
this 'elevator'. I used the stairs to go down, but since it was on the
5th floor, it was necessary to use this piece of crap going up with
luggage.
