We've got a solid lead on a restaurant project in Tampa... Looks like we'll
be "Florida" architects... It's a client my partner has done work for in
the past, and it's just tenant finish. When we're under contract, I'll give
more particulars.

Are you gonna have to come down?
If so, gimme a call and maybe we can hookup halfway, up around Nokomis or
something.
Don't forget your fishing rod, sunscrean and flip flops.
Whats that, you don't have any flip flops????? LOL
Tampa's cool, lots of stuff to do and see.
Talk your client into doing a few eateries down here in the SW quandrant, we
need em bad.
