This particular restroom had 6"x6" tile up to about 6' high.
Not sure what was behind the tile.
I think the fixtures were backed up against a concrete block exterior wall.
The problem with backing the drywall with 3/4" plywood is that if pressure
is put on the grab bar the drywall will be crushed.
