Author architect design manager opportunity - NE Wisconsin

Hello,
I am representing a really great Design-Build firm in NE Wisconsin. They are
looking for what they call a Design Manager, but can also be classified as a
Sr. Designer.
They are looking for a certified Architect, to help them reach "the next
level" by leading their CAD staff, improve quality of design/drawings both
internal and external, as well as unite their Design and Construction sides
into one cohesive unit.

If you have what it takes, and are interested in this rare opportunity,
please send me your resume. It's a real chance to further your career with a
great team.

Thanks in advance - and best regards to your careers.

Dear Mr. Pimp,

There's no such thing as a certified Architect in Wisconsin or any other
state within the Jewnited States.

I have found that personnel/recruiting people tend to be some of the most
ignorant & unprepared in the business world.

What's that old saying?

Those who can't do, teach.
Those who can't teach, plancheck.
Those who can't plancheck, recruit.

Aren't they sort of like guidance counselors in school?

Most school counselors are useless...

.... and I only say "most" because I'm related to one.

The worst are at JC's. They always seem to take the path of least resistance
and never tailor advice to the student. More time is wasted at JC's than
anywhere else on the planet.

It's a shame. Those are the students that really need good advice and they
get shit.
