I am teaching basic technical drawing for preparatory students,but I
have certeficate in drafting.
Here there is no reference book & no colleges arround.Even mailing is
very expensive & to have your own PC is unthikable.How can you help me
in getting free references & if it is possible online
or distance learning to up grade myself & support the would be
architects.thankyou for your cooperation.

A certificate does not insure competency nor does it instill knowledge.
If you *know* the subject, then no outside reference is necessary.
Sounds like you're in over your head.
