It might get even more expensive when people start compromising your
concept's or construction's efforts by demonstrations, protests, social
unrest, vandalism, fires, rioting, legal/political wrangling/blocking,
murders, etc..

Even you, yourself, might be bumped-off along with the rest of your crew for
what some might percieve as foolish, ignorant wrecklessness.

Getting weary already?
If you want your building built, the burden of proof may very well rest on
your shoulders, and I'd place a bet that your own building is even too big
for you.
