The new SEQR requirement: Environmental Justice. Tearing down a old,

Excellent point !!! Compared to getting the permissions he needs, this
is child's play. Getting wearly or defensive doesn't bode well for
him, does it. If he's never done it, he can't image that it is like, I
guess.
