I'm a mechanical drafter sick of working for immoral
corporate companies

I have an interest in all things earth friendly and
green..... recycling, passive solar homes, etc

Any future in me trying to learn architectural drafting
for firms that design passive solar?

Id be wanting to work for a mom and pop outfit that
also builds SMALL passive homes.

But are there ay firms out there at all that you guys
know of?

You didn't say where you're located, but you might want to call
Yestermorrow in Vermont. http://www.yestermorrow.org/courses.htm

They offer courses in solar and sustainable design and have a lot of
architects, designers and sundry talented people on staff. They might
be able to point you in the right direction.
