Regardless of the climate fires draw air the same way around the world.
Dealing with the airflow and byproducts (smoke, soot, gases, etc.) is
also a given, so there must be existing chimneys of one sort or another
that you could emulate. The local building practices and materials
will also dictate how the chimney is built.

If you're just looking for some plans and drawings to get an idea of
how they are constructed, there must be a large amount of available
information on the internet.
