| Hi,
I have got a neighbour whose architect is drawing wrong aggressive drawing
for presentation to Council. They are showing gross encroachments over my
land. He keeps on changing the drawings at will.
Can he do that?
Shouldn't he first check the Title Deeds before commencing the Drawings?
Any feed back on this malpractice would be appreciated.

No, he can't do that. You can contact the council and also complain to the
building department, ( where you are located ) telling them what you know
and what he is doing.
You can also hire a surveyor to do a complete survey of your property so the
encroachments are defined. You can hire an attorney, go to court to get
your money back for the survey and prevent permit for construction until
this gets resolved.

Anyone that can argue that I can't have a nuke but george bush can have
thousands has their head on backwards.
I did all 4 years honorably.
I was never arrested for drunk driving.
I never hired people to kill other people.
I never stole anything (cept some M&M's when I was about 8).
And I never lied to large groups of people on TV.
But Bullshittovich is terrified of me.
Go figure.
If it was up to me alone I'd create a system where all the nuclear devices
on the planet including all that spent stuff was rounded up and stuffed in a
bunch of space shuttles and sent toward the sun.
Or store all of it in Bullshittovichs mothers backyard. LOL

Show up at neighbor's hearing and ask that HE perform a survey with an
independent surveyor before commencing work. State directly that you
think he is encroaching.

Shouldn't that read:
I did all 4 years honorably without ever getting caught doing dishonorable
things.
I was never caught and arrested for drunk driving.
I never got caught hiring people to kill other people.
I never got caught stealing anything (cept some M&M's when I was about 8).
And I never got caught lying to large groups of people (I was never on TV).

A lot of people could really benefit from some of the new antidepressants
and anti-psychotics, but probably ever won't take them. The mentally ill
were given rights here in the 70's to refuse treatment, and so now many of
those who would have been institutionalized in a previous era are now
walking around in public saying incoherent and sometimes threatening things.
Some of them are harmless enough, but every once in a while one of them is
killed by police in some sorry event. They make up a large part of our
homeless.

It's more likely to be stored in a place where the locals are not too
educated, or politically adept, and far from large population centers.

Well the way things are going these days your chances of getting killed by a
jackbooted thug are escalating.
About 8 years ago Professor Lott stated that nationwide, the police dept's
own records prove you are 11 times more likely to be shot by a cop than a
civilian.
