| - How ancient cities were laid out.
I always liked the part about *evil vapors* easing in from the bogs at dusk
and dawn.
And how the building and street orientation whisked them away.
LA & Houston could take a clue.

"It is interesting research," Manuela Incerti, of Ferrara University's
architecture department, said about the study. "It certainly opens the way
to more extensive studies."

Back then, beginning around rush-hour, they had to contend with evil
vapor-lock.
