I am working on a project that's on the Rez out here. The Indians
have a Tribal Employments Rights Ordinance. Right now I'm working on
how to stay in compliance with it. There are three parts to it:

Indian Preference in Employment

Indian Preference in Contracting

Employment Rights fee

It's sort of like a Section 3 Plan on steroids.

I bet that this is something that you guys have never been through.

Right now I am writing a letter to the TERO administrator to ensure
that I am interpreting the ordinance correctly -- to keep out of
trouble.

Then I need to pay the city for a building permit next week. Then $5
to the city for a "Work in the Roadway" permit. The over to the city
to get the sewer and storm sewer plans approved. Then I hope we can
start construction. Yahoo !!!!!
