anyone have any experience with concrete floating home foundations?
I found a source for the concrete hulls in sanfrancisco these are sealed on
the outsuide with an epoxy /tar mixture
I wonder if this would be compromised easily by ice
your thoughts....

any sources for concrete hulls in the midwest??
could a normal concrete contractor handle building a concrete hull??
