Author Bug attacking indoor plants - ID please?

One of my plants has small bugs killing it. They are maybe .3cm
long, .2 cm wide. They look like "rolly pollies"/pill bugs, but they
are much smaller, and have a gray "Cottony" look to them.

Suggestions?
