Help Wanted: Bonsai Mentor

I've been carefully nursing a Japanese Zelkova from seed for nearly 1.5
years now. Unfortunately, it's few delicate leaves are turning brown and I
fear it's dying. Is there a local Austin Bonsai expert and mentor that I
could meet with for some advice?

This tree is my first attempt at growing a bonsai and I've spent a great
deal of time and care getting this far. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.
