| I need some advice on buying a portable generator. Is this a proper group to post
this topic in?

Is it important that the generator be equipped with an Auto Voltage Regulator? My
4000 watt Coleman burns out the LED displays of a microwave oven that has the
misfortune to be powered by it.
Does anybody have experience with the Power Train 3500 Electric Start?
Please list any generator that you have had good service from. I'm looking for a
minimum of 3400 watts and preferably with electric start and a tank big enough to give
me several hours of power before refueling.
Thanks
