My lady friend has a Kenmore dish washer that is partially on the
fritz. It is approximately 11 years old. The main problem is that it
does not completely drain the water at the end of the rinse cycle. She
also mentioned that the heating element for the dry cycle seemed to be
staying on for longer than necessary.

Any ideas of what to look for to make it drain completely? Could the
heating element be staying on longer because of the water remaining in
the unit?

Thanks in advance
