to find a Nibco 10" sillcock stem that was manufactured circa 1977?
Search engine shows many companies that sell "hard-to-find" repair
parts.

I'd just replace the whole thing. You can get a freezeproof 10"
sillcock at most home centers or any plumbing supply for under $20
