Viking Refrigerator external water dispenser won't shut off?

We have a new Viking 48" Pro side by side fridge that we just installed
ourselves. Has the water dispenser in the door, problem is the water
won't shut off! The switch on the dispenser sounds like its turning the
pump on and off when you press in on it but the water never stops. All
I can figure is the (valve?) isn't working. I will call the dealer in
the morning and get them out but thought I'd post the question here too.

Hi,

Should be no pumps, just a fill valve(s). Fill valve opens and allows
house water pressure to push the water through. Sticky switch, bad fill
valve not 100% shutting off, low water pressure to the fill valve
entrance can cause the fill valve to remain open and the water to stay
on and flow.
