Hey guy ease off, I am sure he meant to say 11 cents, which is $0.11.

By the way if you call Pacific Gas & Electric and ask what they charge
for power in Fresno for a regular residence they will actually tell you
"11 cents a kilowatt". But that is before they add all the other stuff
in to pay the state back for the overcharges by Enron and company that
occurred in 2000 thru 2002. These charges raise the rate to as much as
$0.29 if you are a heavy user (pig) and I do not know anyone who does
not pay some of these surcharges. Most people here seem to end up
paying about $0.17, plus or minus $0.02.
Watch out for the summertime bills, so far the temperature has been over
100 degrees for 25 days in this July, and everyone has A/C here.
