WHAT! THE IDEA OF IT ALL. CHARGING A SURCHARGE FOR FUEL! AREN'T THESE
PEOPLE IN BUSINESS OUT OF THE GOODNESS OF THEIR HEARTS TO HELP PEOPLE?
