Seven years ago I had a Creta-Stone brand retaining wall installed at
my home.
Up until last fall it looked fine but now a section of it about six
feet long and on a curved part of the wall has begun to pull apart from
the main part of the wall. I live in the midwest where we do encounter
ground heaving during the winter and I have also been told that in very
dry conditions as we have had this spring and summer the ground dries
out and moves also. My landscaper is out of business so my question
is, is the only way to fix this problem to dig it up annd redo it or is
there a simpler remedy.

Thanks

For smallish slough-outs, a large (VERY large:
<http://www.bontool.com/images/item_...r_large1730.jpg> )rubber mallet
_could_ be used to bash the blocks back into alignment.

I'd dig behind it and re-pair ;/

How high is it, and do you know any details as to how it was constructed (type
of gravel behind (if any), geogrid used, how are the blocks atached to
eachother, etc.)?
