I am looking for some suggestions. I am a computer tech therefore I am
good at the hardware side of things. I have a friend who is a
landscaper was asking me about getting his landscape design ideas on a
computer. My first thought was a Tablet PC so he could draw his jobs
right into the computer and alter as need be. As I began my research I
stumbled upon a ton of software that allows you to take an actual
picture of the job and alter it. I want to get opinions on different
types of design software and if a Tablet is the way to go or not. Any
insight into this subject would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

I need to "Draw" each property out showing lawn & flowerbed areas in
the front, rear and sides of each hous..
Photos will not work. It has to be like an Aerial view drawing.
I need to be able to load it into excel, so I can make a "page" for
each
customer with these drawings on 1/2 the paper (8.5X11) and property
info on
the other 1/2.
I then need to save these drawings/these pages in the computer for each
year
following so I don't have to re-draw them every year.

Is there software out there that does this?
