I thought it could be beneficial to some of you that have a
landscaping business that would be interested in organizing your
customer data. I have developed a small software package that allows
you to store your customer data, store services you provide, (mow
lawn, trim hedges small job, trim hedges medium job, etc.), give each
service a price, and be able to create orders, and print out receipts
for you and your customers. Also, for those of you that like to keep
track of sales tax, this can do that for you. Type in a range or type
in a year to track how much profit, taxes, and cost to you, including
your net revenues. This is a fairly simple application... Imagine how
easy it would be to have your laptop running this application. When
you visit one of your customers and do a service or two for them.
Create an order and add those services to that order and get a total
with tax. Print the order out and give a copy to your customer, and a
copy for your records.
If you are interested in trying it out free visit www.geocities.com/townjet.
If you try it and it does not work for you, then don't worry about
it. You can even send me some feedback if you want.
