Thank you for your reply and sharing your opinion. Yes, I agree with
you to some extent, but I just think about that if one main purpose is
hold in the planning process, there might be some negative influence
to the other aspects of landscape, such as in the example, if the main
purpose is to improve the production, what about the aesthetics of the
landscape? And how the goals can be decided based on what?
