Dude,
This is what a power plant does. It burns fuel to create
heat. Or uses nuclear Fisson to create heat. Then by
a rube goldberg process it turns that heat into electricity.

Got somthing a bit more specific in mind??

not much electricity, but it does produce power from heat..
