Hi, be very careful how you protect your home or loved things and ppl.
Setting up a security light may get you arrested.
I have updated the pages, 1/4 down is perhaps the weirdest arrest in
canadian history.
I'm looking at 12 years in prison, for protecting (actually failing to
protect, the light only angered the vandal) Be careful guys. Check with the
police, and i would even ask for permission in writing.

Sorry, this has *what* to do with homepower..?? Oh yeah, what did you
really do to pi$$ this guy off...?

Your police statements don't evoke, or deserve, any sympathy as far as i'm
concerned. And those pictures proved nothing. My suggestion to you is is
to start collecting video, your word may not carry much weight. Maybe one
day we'll hear all three sides to the story: his, yours, and the truth.

Good luck with your case.... soliciting support via a webpage won't help
you the least bit, except for psychologically perhaps.

Lights are not the issue. You are and prove it by posting that crap.

You may have totally damaged your case with this. You
also may be guilty of slandering and defamation of
character and totally liable for any damages, real or
imagined.

Whether you are guilty or not, you are an XXXXXXX and a
vigilanti the way I see it.

You should have seen a lawyer, right away
You should have heard the complaint and tried to
co-operate
You should see a doctor and get some medication for
your depression and anxiety.
You should remove all your legal information from the
website if you want any hope of winning points with the
court.
There is a case in Canada of UTTER THREAT that was
thrown out in a judgement due to "the threat not being
taken seriously by an ordinary person" Do your research
and take it to your lawyer.

Here is a lawyer that specializes in this crap. He has
cases listed that may get you off. In Canada we have
"Case Law". This means the laws are based mostly on
past judgements.

Pay the bucks for this guy and get off. Take some
medictaion for your anger and possible some
councilling.
